The team at Love BTC hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange of goods, or a refund. If the item is returned to us within 14 days, in its original packaging and hasn’t been used.
Once we have received the returned goods in their original condition, a refund will be processed minus the original delivery charge. The cost incurred for returning the parcel will not be reimbursed and is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or faulty or supplied incorrectly. If any of the these apply, then the postage plus return cost will both be reimbursed along with the product cost.
Please email us and we will provide you with a returns document. Then, complete the returns document, including your order number and the reason for returning the item, as this will help us to identify your order and improve our service. We appreciate all feedback.
Love BTC cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach the returns department and therefore suggest a signed for or recorded delivery is selected.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of your returns item(s).
