HOW TO USE

For a sheer, brightening effect on the skin, apply Pure Light Illuminating Powder all over the face with the delilah Blusher Bronzer  Brush. For a more highlighted or strobed effect, apply  to high points of the face, cheekbones, temples, bridge of the nose and tip of the chin.
